GitSearch is a business-to-business service and is not offered to consumers. The operator is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

GitSearch links to profiles and repositories on github.com and to websites that GitHub users have listed on their own profiles. The operator has no influence over the content of those external sites and does not adopt it as its own. Responsibility for external content lies with its respective provider. Should the operator become aware of an infringement, the link will be removed promptly.
